Shocking! Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh had sexual relations with his ‘adopted’ daughter Honeypreet

Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh has held the entire country captive for about five days now. Since his verdict in a 15-year-old rape case was announced on Friday (August 25) to the quantum of the sentence being pronounced on Monday, Ram Rahim has been a permanent fixture in places ranging from newsrooms to drawing room conversations.

He was on Monday sentenced to 20 years jail for rape and criminal intimidation and fined Rs 30 lakh. 10 years imprisonment in each of the two cases of rape. Both the sentences will run consecutively.

Judge Jagdeep Singh awarded a consecutive sentence of 10 years for each rape case. “Of the Rs30 lakh fine, Rs14 lakh each would be provided as compensation to the victims,” the CBI said.

Well, besides Gurmeet, someone who has caught attention is Honeypreet Insan, ‘adopted’ daughter of Ram Rahim Singh. She is the same lady who was spotted in the 15-seater helicopter sitting opposite with Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim after he was convicted for rape on Friday. As per media reports, Honeypreet is not the biological daughter of Gurmeet Ram Rahim.

Honeypreet was born as Priyanka Taneja in Fatehabad district of Haryana. Priyanka Taneja became Honeypreet Insan after she married Vishwas Gupta, the grandson of former Gharaunda MLA Rulia Ram Gupta.

She came close to Dera chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim and in 2009 moved a dowry harassment case against her in-laws. Ram rahim adopted her as his daughter in 2009 and made Vishwas his son-in-law, which gave a big boost to his business.

Much to our surprise, the self-styled godman had ‘se*ual relationship” even with his so-called daughter Honeypreet. And this is being claimed by none other than her husband, Vishwas Gupta.

Vishwas Gupta moved the court in 2011 accusing the Baba of having illicit relations with his wife and had sought judicial custody of his wife from Ram Rahim. He, however, took the case back and got separated after reaching an out-of-court settlement with Priyanka.

In an interview, Gupta has claimed that adopted his wife as his daughter with wrong intentions. He has also alleged that earlier he and Honeypreet accompanied Ram Rahim wherever the self-styled godman would go, but the Baba did not let her sleep with Gupta. Gupta says he was sent to the next room of the hotel while his wife used to stay at Gurmeet’s room all night. He was asked to stay away from Honeypreet despite being his wife.

‘I was staying at the goofa (cave), private room of Baba ji. My wife was with him. He had inadvertently left the door open. They were na*ed and were having s**. They were shocked when they saw me. Baba had threatened me not to reveal anything and had said that I will be killed,’ Gupta, who was previously a Dera follower, told Mail Today.

‘Baba had thrown a big party at the goofa the same year and had later announced that he was adopting my wife and I would be his son-in-law,’ Gupta claimed.

In 2011, Vishwas had filed a petition in the High Court in which he had claimed that the Dera chief Ram Rahim Singh had an alleged se*ual relation with his wife Honeypreet.

Reportedly, Honeypreet has become a shadow of Gurmeet and has been seen following him wherever he goes. She made her debut as a director with film, MSG-The Warrior Lion Heart.

Recently, Honeypreet aka Priyanka, grabbed media attention when she accompanied the rapist Dera chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Insaan in a chopper on Friday when he was taken to Rohtak jail from Panchkula. According to the jail manual, no woman can stay with a male prisoner.

Ram Rahim even lied to the jail officials saying that due to his backache and migraine, the CBI court had given oral permission for Honeypreet’s stay in jail with him. The court had, in fact, allowed Honeypreet to stay with Ram Rahim in the court premises. The pressure was such from the influential godman that the authorities actually let Honeypreet stay with Ram Rahim in the VIP retiring room of the jail for nearly 2 hours.

When Ram Rahim was being taken to the jail barracks, he and Honeypreet created a ruckus in the guest house. Both Ram Rahim and Honeypreet told the jail officials to let them stay together for the night. But, the officials did not agree following which Honeypreet made some frantic phone calls to Delhi and Chandigarh before leaving the place.
