The Enforcement Directorate (ED) today summoned actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a case relating to unaccounted income of Rs 1.15 crore.
Siddiqui was issued a notice to meet ED officials on October 4, failing which he has been issued a fresh notice. The actor is accused of possessing black money.
If reports are to be believed, Nawazuddin Siddiqui took 1.15 crore rupees from Web Workers Limited to advertise their website.
The full details of the matter are yet to come.
On the work front, Nawazuddin was last seen in ‘Babumoshai Bandookbaaz’ which get success at the box office. Now, he will be next seen Nandita Das’s Manto.
