Padmavati controversy is getting murkier day by day. The period film padmavati is going through its roughest phases, and but obvious needs support from the industry. Not only the movie, but the star cast is threatened to death. Same happened with the reel life Padmavati Aka Deepika Padukone, where she was receiving death threats and offensive comments from leaders and social workers.
It is assumed that there is a dream sequence featuring a love scene between Deepika (who plays Rani Padmini of Chittor) and Ranveer (who plays Alauddin Khilji, Turkish emperor and the Sultan of Delhi in the 14th Century) has been the rallying point of all controversy around Padmavati.
But it is currently reported that CBFC Is Going To Set Up Historians’ Panel and Film May Not Release Before March! This is what the source has to say!
Because of the year-end, some board members were on holiday and a few others had called in sick. “Forget about appointing a panel of historians, we don’t even have a normal Examining Committee to view all the films,” the source said. “Even by conservative estimates the film won’t be certified before the second week of January. I don’t think they can release the film before March or April. That is, provided the CBFC clears the film without any objection,” the source said.
