Here is a good news for all the fans of ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma’ as the lead actress Disha Vakani aka Daya Ben who has been missing from the show for quite some time is all set to return to the show.
According to sources, “Disha has been missing from the show for three months now – she shot for the last episode in September and fans miss her antics and characteristic voice. The actress will resume work in March.”
Disha who tied the knot with Mayur Padia, a Mumbai based chartered accountant on 24th November 2015, was blessed with a baby girl on November 30 last year and by the time she resumes work, the li’l one will be a few months old.
[ecp code=”4″]If reports are to be believed, “The actress has a supportive family and they will help her with taking care of the baby. Disha’s mother-in-law used to even accompany her to the sets during her pregnancy, to make sure that she was comfortable.”
Apart from Taarak Mehta, the actress has appeared in films like Jodha Akbar, Love Story 2050, Devdas, Mangal Pandey: The Rising to name a few. Her brother Mayur Vakani also plays her on-screen brother Sundar in the TV series.
Well, it will surely be a great news for Dayaben fans.
