After songs Milegi Milegi, Kamariya and ‘Nazar Na Lag Jaaye’, now the makers of Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao starrer Stree has released the new song ‘Aao Kabhi Haveli Pe’ from the film.
The song shows Kriti rising from the dead and going on a date with a skeleton. Rapper Badshah makes a surprise visit from inside a coffin. Rajkummar Rao makes an appearance as a dracula.
The song has been sung by Badshah, Nikhita Gandhi and it has been composed by Sachin – Jigar and the music director duo.
[ecp code=”4″]Stree is based on the urban legend of Nale Ba from 1990’s Karnataka. The myth says that a witch would come knocking at people’s doors at night. The witch would deceive people by taking out the voices of their kin and enter the house. Whoever opens the door is believed to die. To cope with this, the residents of the area would write ‘Nale Ba’ (means ‘come tomorrow’ in Kannada) outside their doors and walls of their houses which would make the witch go away and the cycle would repeat.
Directed by Amar Kaushik, Written by Raj and DK, the film has been shot at Chanderi, a small town near Bhopal.
It is produced by Dinesh Vijan, under the banner of Maddock Films. Stree will hit the screens on August 31, 2018.
