Amit Tandon confirms putting his divorce with Ruby on hold, says, ‘destiny has brought us back’

Television actor Amit Tandon who is known for his shows like Dill Mill Gayye, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Ye Hai Mohabbatein, among others was recently in the news after he announced divorce with wife Ruby.

But looks like the couple has decided to give their marriage a second chance.

Amit Tandon confirms putting his divorce with Ruby on hold

In an interview with Tellychakkar, the actor said that he has decided to give marriage a second chance. “Yes, Ruby and I we are working on our married life. We have a child with us and trying to put all our efforts to make it happen again. Ruby is a lovely woman. Call it karma or energies of the world, destiny has brought us back. We both have matured as people and see things differently now. We have genuine concern for each other and trying our best, and hopefully, things fall into place,” he was quoted saying. 

Well, this indeed a great news. Amit and Ruby had tied the knot in 2009 and have a daughter Jiyana.

On the professional front, Amit Tandon was first seen as one of the finalists on the first season of ‘Indian Idol’. Later, he made his acting debut with Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai’. Post which, he did shows like ‘Dill Mill Gayye’, ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi’, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ and was last seen in ‘Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki’ opposite Kratika Sengar.
