Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is currently shooting for his next film Raat Akeli Hai in Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur. The film has been directed by debutant director Honey Trehan.
In the film, the actor will play the role of Uttar Pradesh Police official who is investigating a murder.
The film’s unit was initially shooting at the Lala Lajpat Rai (LLR) Hospital in the Swaroop Nagar area till Friday. On Saturday, the crew and Nawaz headed to Bithoor, along with actor-director Tigmanshu Dhulia, to shoot some more shots.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s crazy fan nabbed
Nawaz was busy shooting for his scenes and a huge crowd turned up on the sets to witness the actor perform and click pictures with him. Amidst shoot, a crazy fan of Nawaz pulled out a scary stunt. Despite tight security, a boy managed to skirt the bouncers and the policemen surrounding the actor and ran up to Nawaz, put his arms around his neck and tried to click a selfie with him. This surely did scare the actor and everyone around him.
The boy immediately got nabbed by the police and was taken away.
Apart from Nawazuddin, Raat Akeli Hai also has Radhika Apte in important role.

On the work front, the actor will soon be seen in Photograph opposite Sanya Malhotra. The film is slated to release on March 15.
