WATCH: Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra promote Kesari in Delhi, fans can’t keep calm

Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra are currently busy with the promotion of their upcoming film Kesari. The duo recently visited Delhi to promote their film and received a warm welcome from a massive crowd gathered on the streets.

When the actor arrived in Delhi his fans blocked the whole road in order to just get a glimpse of the actor.

Akshay also took to Instagram and shared a video in which he can be seen sitting on the top of a car and waving to his fans in the lanes of Connaught Place, Delhi.

He captioned the video, ”No matter how many times in a year I come here, Delhi is always ready with a warm welcome. A big thank you from Team Kesari.”

Kesari is a joint venture of Karan Johar and Akshay together, the movie speaks about the 1897 Battle of Saragarhi fought between the Sikh soldiers and Pashtun Orakzai.

In the film, Akshay is playing the role of Havildar Ishar Singh who is the leader of his battalion of Sikh soldiers and motivates them to fight against the massive army of the Afghans.

The film will star Parineeti Chopra as the female lead, playing Akshay’s wife.

Directed by Anurag Singh, the film will release on 21 March, 2019.
