Cannes Film Festival is currently underway and the who’s who of the entertainment industry from across the world has been and will be attending the same. And, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has also reached France to take part in Cannes 2019 film festival.

With the exaggerated collar and an off-white bustier, the actress opted for wet hair and smokey eyes look. 

This is Kangana’s second appearance at the festival. She is there as a part of the Grey Goose team. For the unversed, the actress lost 5 kgs in just 10 days to look her best for the festival.
