Bollywood celebs mourns over death of actor Girish Karnad, calls it a huge loss

Veteran actor and playwright Girish Karnad has passes away on Monday (10th June). The actor passes away due to age-related symptoms. He was 81. 

The actor’s death left many of his close friends from the industry shell shocked. Many took to Twitter to express their shock and condolences.

Girish Karnad is known for playing pivotal role in 2017 hit film ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’. He played the role of RAW chairman Shenoy in ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ and was seen sharing space with Salman Khan in Ali Abbas Zafar directorial.

Apart from ‘Tiger Zindagi Hai’, Girish Karnad was also seen in films like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘Shivaay’, ‘Chalk n Duster’ among others.

The actor is survived by his wife Dr Saraswathy Ganapathy and their two children.
