Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh starrer 83 is one of the much-awaited films of the year. The actor is currently gearing up for the film.
Well now, the makers of the film has a new revelation to make which is surely making us more excited.
According to reports, the producer has shared that if India wins the ICC Cricket World Cup this year then, there will be another cricket movie that will bring the victory of 2019 to the silver screen.
Makers of Ranveer Singh’s 83 will do this if India wins
Madhu Mantena, who is co-producing ’83’, shared via a press statement, “We are making the film to mark the iconic 1983 victory. After ’83, if India wins the World Cup this year in 2019, we would like to make a film on the win.”
A source close to the production further adds, “The talks for the movie has already begun where Madhu is super excited to get the movie going. He has started further talks on this new project as well.” Well, this is an exciting news for all the audience.

83 is based on India’s historic win against West Indies at the 1983 world cup and Ranveer will be seen playing former Indian skipper Kapil Dev.
The film also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Saqib Saleem and Chirag Patil. Deepika Padukone will play cricket legend Kapil Dev’s wife Romi Dev in the film.
Directed by Kabir Khan, the movie is slated to hit the screens on 10 April, 2020.
