Legendary actor Dilip Kumar honoured by the World Book of Records, London, on his 97th birthday earlier this week.
The Certificate of Honour was presented to Dilip Kumar’s family members including his brother Aslam Khan, wife Saira Banu, his sisters Saeeda Khan and Farida Khan.

Known as tragedy king, Kumar has acted in more than 65 films over six decades and is known for his iconic roles in movies such as Devdas (1955), Naya Daur (1957), Mughal-e-Azam (1960), Ganga Jamuna (1961), Kranti (1981), and Karma (1986).
Dilip Kumar was last seen in the film ‘Qila’ in 1998. He was honoured with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 1994 and Padma Vibhushan in 2015.
