Alia Bhatt’s first look from Gangubai Kathiawadi unveiled

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ is one of the much-awaited films of the year. On Wednesday, the makers unveiled two looks of the actress from the film in which the actress is seen in a totally different avatar.

In the first poster, Alia as young ‘Gangubai’ looks vulnerable with her innocent expressions and braids. Whereas, her transformation as a mafia queen in the second poster looks impressive.

‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ is based on Hussain Zaidi’s book ‘Mafia Queens of Mumbai’. The story of the movie revolves around Gangubai Kothewali, a brothel owner and also went on to control Mumbai’s underworld.

Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film is slated to release on September 11 this year.
