Ranveer Singh starrer 83 is one of the much-awaited films of the year. After several posters, now Deepika Padukone’s first look as Kapil Dev’s wife Romi from the film has been unveiled.
In the picture, Deepika is seen sporting a bob cut hairdo and a wide smile that will surely remind us of Romi from her younger days. The duo looks adorable as they stare each other.
Deepika looks gorgeous in a black turtleneck top with a crème-coloured skirt. Whereas, Ranveer is in a Team India blazer in the first look.

Posting the picture on Instagram, Deepika wrote, “To be able to play a small part in a film that captures one of the most iconic moments in sporting history has been an absolute honour. In the film, Ranveer will be playing Kapil Dev and Deepika Padukone will be seen in a cameo avatar playing Romi Bhatia, Kapil Dev’s wife.
