Suchitra Krishnamoorthi files a property case against ex-husband Shekhar Kapur

Singer- actress Suchitra Krishnamoorthi who is known for her film Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa has recently filed a property case against ex-husband Shekhar Kapur.

According to reports in Spotboye, a friend of Suchitra revealed to the portal that the property which belongs to their daughter Kaveri is being used by Kabir Bedi. Hence, she has no options left but to file a property case against the filmmaker.

Suchitra wants justice for her daughter. So, going to the court was the only option for her.

Suchitra’s friend also tells the portal that Kabir Bedi’s flat is only one of the properties for which the ex-husband and wife have run into a dispute. There are other properties too. The friend also said that if something was to happen to Suchitra (God forbid), how would her young daughter Kaveri fight against the people who are already living in and also have Shekhar’s backing.

Earlier, in an interview three years back, Suchitra slammed Kabir Bedi and his wife Parveen for not moving out of her flat. Bedi, on the other hand, quashing her claims said that there is a proper rent agreement for the flat he is residing in.

It’s been 3 long years, but her battle for the property still continues. When we contacted Suchitra, she confirmed the story but added, “I really don’t want to elaborate on this as it’s too stressful for me.”
