On Tuesday evening Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a nationwide complete lockdown for 21 days. Several Bollywood and TV celebs applauded PM’s move and urged their fans to strictly follow the lockdown and practice social distancing.
Well now, bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has donated Rs 1 Crore to combat Coronavirus.

Kartik Aaryan replied to the PM on Twitter today and pledged to donate Rs. 1 Crore for the cause. He states that he has reached this position because of the masses love and support and it is his time to support the citizens back who has hailed him as a superstar. He wrote,”It is the absolute need of the hour to rise together as a nation. Whatever I am, whatever money I’ve earned, is only because of the people of India; and for us I am contributing Rs. 1 crore to the PM-CARES Fund. I URGE all my fellow Indians also to help as much as possible.”

Meanwhile, Kartik who is self-quarantined is doing his bit to urge his fans to stay home amid coronavirus lockdown.
Recently, he went on a rant mode like Pyaar ka Punchanama and urged people to stay at home after PM Narendra Modi announced a 21-Day Lockdown.
