While the entire nation is mourning the death of two amazing actors, Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor, here comes another sad news. Indian singer, Arjun Kanungo’s father passed away on Wednesday.
He was reportedly battling stage 4 live cancer. The singer shared a throwback picture of him and his father to inform the fans about this heartbreaking news.

He captioned the post as, “Until we meet again Dad. Rest in peace.”
As soon as the singer shared this news, condolences starts pouring from the industry.
Director-producer Anurag Kashyap, wrote, “So sorry to hear it Arjun.. May he rest in peace . My condolences to you and your family.” Rapper Badshah too paid this last tribute, wrote, “My prayers brother im sure he must have been a proud father” Actress Sapna Pabbi also commenting on this heartfelt news, wrote, “Love and energies to you all. May his soul rest in peace. Stay strong dost!”
Arjun Kanungo rose to fame with his stint as a playback singer for films like Go, Goa, Gone. In 2015, Kanungo released his debut single titled Baaki Baate Peene Baad which was an instant hit with the crowd. The singer then went to release multiple hits like Fursat and Woh Baarishein.
Arjun Kanungo has now bagged a role in Salman Khan’s Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai.
