Bigg Boss 13 contestant Shehnaaz Gill’s father Santokh Singh is currently breaking the headlines for all the wrong reasons as an FIR has been filed against him following rape charges.
A rape case was registered against him and he was booked by Punjab Police following the rape charges. He had allegedly raped the victim in his car at gunpoint.
The victim said that she had reached Sukh Pradhan’s house to meet her boyfriend, Lucky Sandhu and then he made her sit in his care and raped her. Reportedly, the incident took place on May 14, but the police registered a case on Tuesday after the victim filed a complaint.
Santokh Sukh opens up on rape allegations against him
Now, responding to news reports, Santokh Sukh said he had sufficient proof to prove the allegations wrong.
While talking to Bollywoodlife.com, Santokh Sukh said, he was at his home the whole day when the lady in question has alleged the incident took place. He added that his home was covered by CCTV and there was sufficient proof. He had added that the lady is a divorcee with a child and had been wanting to marry one Lucky Sandhu, who was also her business partner. He, in turn, had known Lucky for a long time and had advised both of them to solve their personal issues on their own. Denying reports that he had been absconding, he said that he has CCTV footage to prove his innocence. He added that even the area where the alleged incident had taken place is also under CCTV surveillance.
Santokh Singh shared a selfie and wrote alongside, “Main nirdosh hun mere khilaf bahut badi sajish ho rahi hai mujhe badnaam karne ki. 2 din mein clear kar dunga Shuddh manoranan par maine request ki hai Ssp sahib vikram duggal se ke vah personal enquiry karen Agar main 1% bhi gunahgar hoon to mujhe Fansi bhi manjur hai main kuch bhi galat Nahi kiya mera Vishwas karo aur plz shehnaz shehbaz ko target mat karo maine kabhi kisi ka bura nahin kiya ummid hai sacchi ki jeet hogi Jai Hind.
(I am innocent. A big conspiracy is going on against me to defame me. I’ll get everything sorted in 2 days. I have requested SSP Vikram Duggal to personally enquire my case. If I am found even 1% guilty, I am would readily agree for punishment. Please trust me. I have never done something like that. And also do not target Shehnaaz and Shahbaz. I have never done wrong to people and I hope justice is served.”

Earlier, Shehnaaz’s brother, Shehbaz Bedshah denied all the claims levelled against his father. While talking to Spotboye, he alleged that the woman is lying and they have enough evidence to prove that his father is innocent in the matter.
