Farhan Akhtar’s mother Honey Irani hates his rumoured girlfriend Shraddha Kapoor

Farhan Akhtar’s mother Honey Irani is totally against son Farhan Akhar and Adhuna’s divorce. She disliked the fact that her son has filed for divorce from Adhuna and established relationship with actress Shraddha Kapoor.

Buzz is  that the entire incident happened at Javed Akhtar’s house on his 72nd birthday party.

Farhan & Zoya Akhtar invited all their close friends in order to celebrate the birthday of Javed Akhtar only to give him a surprise. From evergreen actress Rekha to Hrithik Roshan, Aditi Rao Hydari, Kalki Kochelin, many celebrities of B-town added glam to the party.

But what surprised us was Shraddha Kapoor’s absence from the party.  Shraddha, who returned home on Tuesday morning after completing one of her professional commitments, was missing from Javed Akhtar’s party which was interestingly happening at a stone’s throw away distance from her Juhu residence. 

Even Aditi Rao Hydari who was earlier linked up with Farhan, was present at the bash! So, we got digging to find out the reason!

Reportedly, Farhan Akhtar surely wanted his apparent ‘close friend’ Shraddha Kapoor to be a part of his family celebration but Honey Irani’s presence kept Shraddha away.

Honey is very fond of Adhuna Bhabani(Farhan’s ex-wife). In fact, she was totally against Farhan’s decision of separation.

So much so that Honey was very upset with Farhan for a long time. Eventually, Honey calmed down and has come to terms with Farhan’s decision.

So it is crystal clear that Farhan’s mother is upset with his link-ups with his co-star and the actor is obviously aware of it.
