Actor Sanket Bhosale who plays the role of Munna Bhai aka Sanju Baba in ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, is a doctor by profession in real life.

Recently, while talking to dainikbhaskar.com, Sanket Bhosale said “I come from a background where most of my family members including myself are doctors by profession. My father is a civil engineer and my mother runs her own business. In fact, my younger sister is a doctor too.”

“I have done my M.B.B.S from Sangli near Pune and am practicing dermatology too. However, I was always passionate towards acting. During my childhood days, I used to participate in many fancy dress competitions and I used to won so many prizes there. I used to make people laugh and their reactions motivated me to take up comedy as another profession. I realized that laughter is the best medicine for everyone,” he said.

Sanket Bhosale started his acting career with ‘Asli Number 1’ on NDTV Imagine. But he rose to fame after participating in the comedy show Laugh India Laugh in 2012. He also participated in other shows like Gangs of Haseepur and Comedy Ka Rocket. But the best phase of his career was showing his talent on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’.

Shedding more light on it, Sanket Bhosale said, “Shooting with Kapil Sharma and his team was awesome. It’s the best platform to showcase the talent.
