Papa Anil Kapoor and cousin Arjun share heartfelt message for Sonam on winning National Film Award

It’s a big celebration day for Kapoor family as Sonam Kapoor finds a special mention for her performance in ‘Neerja’ which was lauded by one and all. To top it, the film even won the Best Hindi film award at 64th National Film Awards which were announced on April 7.

As the whole B-town showered praises on the actress, her family members also joined in to congratulate her in their own unique way.

Papa Anil Kapoor seems to be the happiest. He shared his first thoughts on Sonam’s big win.

The actor who is currently shooting for Mubarakan in London, wrote on Instagram, “After a long night of shooting in London, this is the best news I could have woken up with!!Congratulations on the win team #Neerja! #BestFilm along with Special Mention Best Actress Jury Award!! @sonamkapoor, You make me proud, today and everyday…So thrilled for you & the entire team.”

Sonam’s brother Harshvardhan Kapoor, sister Rhea Kapoor and cousin Arjun Kapoor too took to Instagram to congratulate the actress.

Arjun shared a nostalgic childhood photo of them together as he wished on her big day.
