The Queen of TV, Ekta Kapoor has managed to do the impossible. She has brought together two of her most loved bahus together – Tulsi and Parvati aka Smriti Irani and Sakshi Tanwar. They all met in Delhi this morning.
On Thursday morning Ekta Kapoor was in the capital city to promote her upcoming web series ‘Karle Tu Bhi Mohabbat’ starring Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar. This is when Ekta’s stalwart Tulsi aka Smriti dropped by to relive some old memories. Just like us Ekta also got nostalgic and shared the pictures with her fans.
She captioned the image, “Two stalwarts ! D twains meet in delhi.”
90’s kids will surely agree when we say, how every household was stuck to TV screens from 10pm-11pm on Star plus from Monday-Thursday just to religiously watch ‘Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki’ and ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’, irrespective of what’s happening in one’s life.

The two ladies ruled the television screens for eight long years. After the show came to an end, Parvati aka Sakshi Tanwar continued her journey as an actor, but her contemporary Tulsi aka Smriti Irani chose a different path and left her acting career to join politics. And since then there has been no turning back for the actor-turned-politician. Currently she is the Union Cabinet Minister of Textiles.
Few days back even Ronit Roy who played Mihir on show had shared a pic when he randomly met his onscreen wife Smriti aka Tulsi in flight. The pic went viral with fans sharing nostalgic quotes for the duo and once again Ekta Kapoor’s pic has taken fans almost 17 years back when the show started!
