Do you remember Chatur Ramalingam aka Omi Vaidya, the annoying NRI student from Aamir khan starrer ‘3 Idiots’. Well, he is making comeback in Bollywood.
Yes, Chatur Ramalingam aka Omi Vaidya is returning to the silver screens with the movie ‘Raita’.
The actor these days is shooting with Irrfan Khan in a Mumbai studio. Omi kept on slipping on one scene and couldn’t deliver it for almost two hours.

Irrfan Khan, who started off patiently, ended up fuming. As per the reports, Irrfan ended up smoking two packets of cigarettes out of frustration.
Irrfan Khan got so angry that he went up to the director Abhinay Deo, and shouted, ‘Isko acting kisne sikhayi?’.
The director himself was angry because of Omi’s poor performance. He too gave a stern warning to the actor.
Abhinay Deo’s Raita went on floors in April & Omi joined the cast in May. Raita is a quirky comedy based in Mumbai.
Besides ‘3 Idiots’, Omi was also seen in ‘Dil To Baccha Hai Ji’, Desi Boyz, Players and Jodi Breakers. After 2012, though he was not active in Bollywood but he kept himself busy in US. Omi is playing a gay character in his latest release ‘Here Or To Go?’. He is also seen in ‘Brown Nation’ on Netflix.
