A source close to the actor informed a tabloid, “Shahid would spend four hours travelling. He moved into a Goregaon hotel for the previous schedule, given that it is closer to Film City. He would start shooting early in the morning and continue working till the wee hours of the next day. Since he needed to sport two distinct looks for the film, working out was crucial. Shahid will stay there for a few weeks.”

Recently, Shahid, after wrapping the day’s work was seen spending time with his lovely daughter Misha Kapoor on the movie’s sets. Informs a unit hand, “One day, after an early pack up, Shahid’s wife Mira, and Misha, came to visit him. Along with Ranveer, Deepika, and other key cast members, the trio had a small gathering at the hotel.”

For the uninitiated, Deepika Padukone plays the titular role of “Padmavati” in this epic war drama whereas her alleged beau Ranveer Singh essays the character of Alauddin Khilji, the antagonist. The film is slated to release on November 17.
