Comedian Kapil Sharma who was hospitalized on July 7 after he fainted on the sets, is now discharged from the hospital.
A source close to the sets exclusively told Mirror, “Kapil Sharma is doing well and has been discharged from the hospital.”
Kapil was supposed to shoot with Shah Rukh Khan and Imtiaz Ali as they wanted to promote their upcoming movie Jab Harry Met Sejal on his show.

King Khan arrived on the set for the scheduled episode along with the director of the film, Imtiaz Ali. However, the shoot had to be stalled when Kapil’s health deteriorated suddenly. The ace comedian, who hasn’t been keeping well for some time now, fainted backstage, following which the shoot had to be cancelled and SRK returned home without shooting the episode.
The comedian was hospitalised a few weeks back also for low sugar and high blood pressure. It had so happened that the comedian had to shoot an episode with Paresh Rawal, who was there to promote his recently released film Guest Iin London but soon after he reached the set, Kapil complained that he was feeling unwell and was then rushed to a hospital in Andheri.
