Finally! After waiting for long, Ankita Lokhande’s first look from Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ is out.
Ankita will be seen essaying the role of Jhalkaribai, who was considered as the right hand of Rani Laxmibai and was a part of her army.
This will be Ankita’s debut film. In the first look, Ankita is seen posing gracefully wearing a green saree and minimal jewellery.

Earlier, Ankita revealed the release date of the film at an event saying, “My film is releasing on August 3. You will get to see the work I did in the movie on August 3. I hope that you guys have appreciated my work up until now. So hopefully, you like my work in Manikarnika as well. I hope this release date is finale as I am eagerly waiting for the movie as well.”
Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi has been making headlines for a while now. After that leaked pictures from the sets went viral.
The movie is directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and produced by Kamal Jain and Zee Studios.
