After treating us with the trailer, now the makers of Diljit Dosanjh and Taapsee Pannu starrer Soorma has released the first song from the film.
Titled ‘Ishq Di Baajiyaan’, the song is a soulful number. The song gives us the insight of hardships which the hockey player faces in his life.
The song features Diljit Dosanjh and Taapsee Pannu and their chemistry is worth watching.
The romantic track has been sung by Diljit Dosanjh. The lyrics have been penned down by ace writer Gulzar with Shankar Ehsaan Loy’s music.
[ecp code=”4″]The movie narrates the inspiring story of the hockey player Sandeep Singh, who was paralysed and used a wheelchair for two years after an accidental gunshot injured him in 2006. But he not just recovered, but also established himself as a sporting legend, all over again.
Meanwhile, the trailer of the film had garnered an immense appreciation from the audience.
The film also stars Angad Bedi as Diljit’s onscreen brother and trainer. Produced by Sony Pictures Networks Productions, Chitrangda Singh and Deepak Singh, Soorma is written and directed by Shaad Ali.
The film is slated to hit theatres on July 13th 2018.
