Dinyar Contractor funeral pics, family bids adieu to him with teary-eyes

Veteran actor and comedian Dinyar Contractor who is known for his films like ‘Baazigar‘, ‘36 China Town‘,’Khiladi’ and ‘Baadshah’ has been passes away today due to age-related illnesses. He was 79.

His last rites were performed at Worli prayer hall at 3:30 pm in Mumbai.

His family members and near and dear ones bid him a final goodbye with teary eyes.

Earlier this year, Contractor was awarded with the coveted Padma Shri Award by the President of India, Ramnath Kovind.

He acted in Gujarati theatre and Hindi theatre, as well as Hindi movies. He started acting at school and began his professional career in 1966.

Apart from films, the actor has appeared in many popular shows like ‘Khichdi’, ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma’ among others.
