SAB TV’s popular show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is currently in the headlines for quite some time. There’s been a lot of speculation regarding Dayaben‘s character in the show.
The actress who went on maternity break in 2017 hasn’t returned to the show. This led the makers to start looking for the actress’ replacement.
Disha Vakani might return to Taarak Mehta
Recently, there were also news that TV actress Ami Trivedi has been approached to replace Disha Vakani as ‘Dayaben’. However, she denied the news.
Well now, show’s producer Asit Modi hinted that there are chances that Disha Vakani might return to the show, but also revealed that they are in talks with a lot of other popular artists as well.
The producer further added he knows that people are waiting for the character to return to the small screen.

For the uninitiated, Disha Vakani had tied the knot with Mumbai-based Chartered Accountant, Mayur Padia in November 2015 and they were blessed with a baby girl in November 2017. They have named their daughter Stuti.
