Filmmaker Karan Johar recently became a proud father of twins Yash and Roohi through surrogacy. The babies were born premature, and now Karan’s house has been flooded with numerous visitors from Bollywood to see the adorable muchkins.
After their daddy’s best friend Gauri Khan, his mentees Siddharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan, now veteran lyricist Javed Akhtar decided to give a precious gift to the newborns.
Yes, the lyricist and the screenwriter has penned down loving poems for the kiddos Yash and Roohi.

An elated Karan immediately took to Twitter to share the photographs of the poems that have been framed beautifully.

Karan kept his kids guarded since the two were born prematurely and had to stay in the hospital for 50-days. The nursery of Karan’s newly borns is designed by Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan. The twins were born at Masrani Hospital in Mumbai. Johar named his son Yash – after his father; and his daugter Roohi – rearranged from his mother’s name Hiroo.
