Bollywood Actor Kunal Kapoor, who started his career from Rang De Basanti and was also last seen Alia Bhatt’s love interest in ‘Dear Zindagi’ is playing the role of a warrior in his next film ‘Veeram’.
The actor, who is known for his spectacular acting in the movies has completely transformed himself for his ‘Veeram’. He posted a photo on social media in which his transformation from a pot-bellied man to a beefed-up beast is going viral all over the internet.
After Aamir Khan’s transformation in ‘Dangal’ the latest picture of Kunal Kapoor shared on his Instagram account will surely give you major fitness goals. The picture has a collage showing his amazing transformation. The picture has been captioned as, “6 months, 23 days, 12 hours and 232 protein shakes later! #transform“.

His Instagram posts were hinting a lot about the hard work he had been doing to achieve a perfect muscular bod.
Reportedly, the actor is portraying Chandu Chekavar, an infamous warrior from the 16th century Kerala. For one look, he had to gain 12 kg and for the other, he had to get into a muscular fit in the Macbeth-inspired movie.
Talking about this change, he said, “I was training like a beast for almost six months. I have always been fit but this is the fittest and most muscular I have ever been. I play a warrior in the film and I wanted to make sure I felt and looked like one”.
