It seems like the ongoing fiasco between Kangana Rabaut and Alia Bhatt is not end yet. It has been quite some time that the two have been taking jibes at each other.

Mahesh Bhatt says Kangana Ranaut is a bachchi

Few days back, Kangana’s sister Rangoli accused Alia’s father Mahesh Bhatt of throwing chappal at Kangana during the screening of Woh Lamhe. She even attacked the Gully Boy actor’s mother Soni Razdan and called her a non-resident.

Recently, when Mahesh Bhatt was asked about Kangana’s allegations, he said, “she is a ‘bachchi’, who started her journey with us. Just because her relative (sister Rangoli) is attacking me, I won’t comment.”

Mahesh further said, “Our upbringing and culture teach us that we should not raise a finger on our children. So saying anything against our children won’t be possible. My upbringing stops me to do so”.

He continued saying, “Till I die, I will never ever say anything against our child because it is against my upbringing, it is against my nature”.

Bhatt was talking to mediapersons at the screening of the film Yours Truly, which is also his acting debut. His comments came after Rangoli attacked him and his wife Soni Razdan earlier this month.

Earlier, Kangana had expressed her displeasure when her performance in Manikarnika was compared to that of Alia’s in ‘Gully Boy’. Kangana called Alia’s performance in Zoya Akhtar’s directional ‘mediocre’.

When Alia was asked about the same, she said, “Agar mai aisi hu, then my family is 10 times more mature and stronger than I am. Mujhe isme paddna hi nahi hai. I just want to be happy, positive, work hard, be a better version of myself every day. Log kya kahe, log kya na kahe, I should not pay attention to it. And everybody has a right to say what they want to say. Mai bas chup rahugi, that’s my thing.”
