A new poster of the Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth starrer 2.0 has been released. A poster features Akshay Kumar in his scary avatar.
The poster gives an exclusive look of Akshay and we wonder just how intense this film is going to be.
In the film, Akshay will be essaying the antagonist, the eccentric scientist called Richard, while Rajinikanth returns as scientist Vaseegaran.
While we haven’t seen Akshay in such a deadly persona before, the actor too is pretty excited about his first ever Rajinikanth movie. “I’ve never done a role like this in my entire career. And, I’ve never seen anyone doing a character like this. It was a whole new experience to play the role of an anti-hero,” PTI reported Akshay as saying while promoting the movie in Dubai.

Amy Jackson also joins the impressive cast line-up. She will be essaying the role of a robot in the film.
The film is shot entirely in India. Directed by Shankar, 2.0 also stars Amy Jackson, Sudhanshu Pandey and Adil Hussain in pivotal roles.
The film which was earlier scheduled to release for Diwali this year, has been postponed to January 25 next year.
