After treating us with an impressive teaser, now the makers of Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Gold’ has released yer another poster of the film.
The poster features Akshay Kumar standing proudly in front of a group of hockey players.
Akshay took to Twitter and reveals the release date of trailer by sharing a poster and captioned it as, The dream that united our nation, The dream that began in 1936, The dream that took 12 years to become a reality. Get ready to witness… #GoldTrailer releasing on the 25th of June”

Gold” is said to be based on the life of Balbir Singh. For those of you who don’t know, Balbir is the man who led to India’s victory in hockey at the 1948 London Olympics, and it was India’s first gold medal after the independence.
Apart from Akshay, “Gold” also stars Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh, Sunny Kaushal and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles.
“Gold” marks the first association between Akshay and Excel Entertainment led by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. The film will hit the big screens on August 15.
