Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Padman’ new poster is out and it is quite intriguing. The movie, which was initially supposed to hit the theatres on April 13, next year is now gets preponed.
Yes, the new release date was confirmed by the film’s lead actor on his official Twitter page, who also released a new poster of the movie.
‘Padman’ has been rescheduled to January 26, 2018.

The film is based on the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, who is the inventor of a low-cost sanitary pad making machine and has helped spread awareness about traditional unhygienic practices around menstruation in rural India.
The film is Twinkle Khanna’s production venture in association with Gauri Shinde. ‘Padman’ also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte who play the female leads in the film.
Written and directed by R Balkiof ‘Ki and Ka’ fame, ‘Padman’ definitely looks promising.
