Bigg Boss 11: Akshay Kumar to promote ‘Padman’ on Salman Khan’s show!

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar who is currently busy in the promotions of his upcoming film ‘Padman ‘is all set to promote his film on Salman Khan’s show ‘Bigg Boss 11’.

According to reports, Akshay will be visiting Salman’s show on the Grand Finale of the show which will be telecast on Sunday.

Confirming the same, a source from the team says, “Yes, Akshay will be present for the grand finale and he has readily agreed to be a part of the show.”

This comes as a surprise to those who believe there has been a fallout between Akshay and Salman after Salman backed out from Kesari, a film he was to jointly produce with Akshay and Karan Johar.

A source dismissed the fallout and said,  “Akshay and Salman have always been great buddies. They never had a fallout. They are professional enough to understand why the other one chose to do what he did. If there was remotely any tension between the two, the Bigg Boss episode would never have happened. Akshay happily agreed when the team proposed this plan during a promotional meeting.”

Directed by R Balki, Padman is slated to release on January 25 and will clash with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus Padmavat.
