Irrfan Khan starrer ‘Hindi Medium’ to release on May 12

 Irrfan Khan-starrer “Hindi Medium” will hit the screens on May 12.

The first teaser poster of Hindi Medium starring Irrfan Khan and Pakistani actress Saba Qamar is unveiled today. Sharing it on Twitter, Irrfan wrote: “Time to go back to school. Teaser poster of ‘Hindi Medium’.”

If reports are anything to go Irrfan Khan plays a Punjabi shopkeeper in the film. “Hindi Medium” has been essentially shot in Chandni Chowk. The film’s story revolves around a couple from Chandni Chowk who aspire to a part of Delhi’s elite society.

While the look of the two actors is yet to be revealed, the poster reads: “Cheating, lying. The parents who will do anything to get their children into the right school.”

It also shows a man wearing ripped denims and torn footwear on one leg and the other one in well-ironed trousers and shining black shoes.

Directed by Saket Chaudhary, the film is slated to release on May 12th, 2017.
