Krushna Abhishek’s “Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza Taza” has been in the news for all the wrong reasons.
First it was discussed for being royally ignored by the biggest stars of Bollywood for its roast format. Then it was criticised for passing racist remarks on “Parched” actress Tannishtha Chaterjee. And recently for which it is being talked about is John Abraham storming out of the show over jokes about his previous films.
The rough patch seems like a never ending one for the TV show hosted by Krushna Abhishek, Mona Singh and Bharti Singh.
Recently, Ranveer Singh who is making appearances with co-star Vaani kapoor on all platforms to promote their film ‘Befikre’ in no mood to visit Colors’ show “Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza”.

Ranveer put his foot down when he was asked to be on “Comedy Nights…, the TV roast which has famously offended everyone from John Abraham to Tannishta Chatterjee.
The backlash against the show was intense and soon after the makers of the show announced that they are ending the ‘roast’ section of the show which had been criticised for its bed format.
But it looks like the damage is irreparable. Show’s TRP dropped day by day and no one is ready to appear on Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza anymore, despite the promise that they will not be humiliated.
