“Quantico” fans, we have some exciting news for you, guys. It was recently confirmed that the show has been renewed for Season 3.
Priyanka Chopra’s American television drama Quantico is all set to be renewed for a third season but along with an order for an abbreviated run of 13 episodes.
The actress just confirmed that season 3 of Quantico is happening. Priyanka took to her Twitter account and shared that she’s wrapped up the shoot of Quantico 2 and thanked her fans for their love and support. “Andddd… that’s a wrap on #Quanticoseason2 Thank you, our lovely audience for all the love & support always! See you on the other side!” she wrote.

She further added that she will be back as Alex Parrish soon in “Quantico 3″, writing, “So excited about the season 3 pick up for #Quantico congrats to everyone who made it happen! #AlexParrish will be back soon..”

The FBI drama will have a new showrunner at the helm as creator/executive producer Josh Safran is stepping down from the role, according to The Hollywood Reporter. However, Safran will remain with the show’s new season as a consultant.
“My deal on the show was two years only and it’s up. I’m leaving the show in a good place and capable hands,” Safran said.
Priyanka, 34, had also pipped Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo and Viola Davis to win the favourite dramatic TV actress trophy for her role in Quantico at this year’s People’s Choice Awards.
