Watch: Alia Bhatt makes a secret phone call in the teaser of ‘Raazi’

Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Raazi’ teaser is out and the 39-second video is enough to get us hooked.  The film is based on Harinder Sikka’s novel Calling Sehmat.

The video opens with a telephone ring and soon, Alia Bhatt, clad in a burkha,makes a secret call to someone on the other side. She asks the person, “Uss paar se kuch khabar aayi?” and promises to meet “Parso milte hain.. subah!” wrote Alia on social media while sharing the video.

The trailer of the movie by Junglee Pictures and Dharma Productions will come out on April 10, 2018.

‘Raazi’ is a real life adaptation of a Kashmiri girl who marries an army officer and is set during the 1971 Indo- Pak War. Alia plays the role of a spy in the film who is sent to Pakistan to garner cross-border information.

The film is directed by Meghna Gulzar and produced by Dharma Productions and Junglee Pictures.

Raazi is scheduled to hit the theatres on May 11.
