Few days back, television actress Shweta Tiwari lodged a complaint against her husband Abhinav Kohli for allegedly abusing her daughter Palak by making obscene comments.
Shweta Tiwari along with daughter filed a complaint at Samta Nagar police station in Kandivali East. Abhinav was subsequently taken into police custody and later got out on bail.
Well now, Raja Chaudhary, ex-husband of Shweta Tiwari and father of Palak has now blamed Shweta for it and held her responsible for what had happened.
Raja Chaudhary blames Shweta Tiwari
While talking to Mid-day, Raja said, “This was expected. My ex-wife is responsible. My ex-wife was busy with a reality show and our daughter was Alone at home. Once, when I entered their house in Malad, I was shocked to see the way he [the accused] was staring at her and touching her inappropriately. This riled me up and we had a heated argument. The matter reached the Malad police where I slapped him at the police station premises.”
Earlier, Raja had called the incident disturbing and had called the incident ‘disturbing’. Raja had told TOI, “I learnt about it through the media. I have been in touch with my daughter and checked on her this morning. She told me not to worry and that she is fine. It’s very disturbing for me as a father.”
Shweta was earlier married to Raja Choudhary in 1998. However, she parted ways with him after becoming a victim of domestic violence. Later, she married Abhinav Kohli in 2013 after dating for almost three years. Shweta and Abhinav have a two-and-half-year old son, Reyansh.
