Salman Khan shares a heartfelt message on his ‘Tubelight’ co-star Om Puri’s death

Veteran actor Om Puri passed away due to a massive heart attack in Mumbai, he was found dead at his home on Friday morning. He was 66.  As the news trickled out, celebrities from across India expressed their shock and grief. Om Puri’s friends and colleagues from Bollywood reached his Andheri residence to pay their last respects to the actor.

Salman Khan also joined in to mourn his death, as he posted a picture of his Tubelight co-star on Instagram. He also wrote a heartfelt caption for him, which read as, “So sad. Lost one of the most iconic actors, RIP Om Puri Ji.”

The duo have been very close to each other, so from what we hear, the superstar was devastated after learning about Om Puri’s demise. He was at Lonavala, shooting for Bigg Boss 10 when he heard about it. The host wrapped up the shoot as soon as he could and rushed back to attend the last rites of the veteran actor.
