Kangana Ranaut starrer ‘Manikarnika’ is one of the much-awaited films of 2018. We have already seen Kangana and Ankita’s look from the film and they look beautiful.
Now, Sonu Sood’s pictures from the sets are doing the rounds and the actor is seen in the royal avatar in the pics.
Sonu will play the role of royal warrior Sadashiv in the film. Checkout the pics here:
Dressed in a traditional Maratha costume and jewellery, Sonu looks eye-catching in his character.
Well, talking about his role in the film, Sonu had once said, “It’s challenging to play a real life character because you know that it existed in the history and you have certain parameters to follow and stay within. I’m sure when you’re working with a brilliant director like Krish, a huge ensemble and a brilliant technical team, there is no way to go wrong. So we are all on our toes to give our best.”
Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, the film will star Kangana Ranaut as a Rani Lakshmibai, Ankita Lokhande as a Maratha soldier Jhalkarbai while Atul Kulkarni will be seen as Tatya Tope.
The release date of the film is yet to be announced.
