Disha got married to Mayur on November 24, 2015. Recently, there were news doing the rounds that the actress may quit the show. However, producer of the show Asit Kumar Modi refutes the rumours by saying, “The shooting conditions are tough and since Disha’s baby is still very young she needs her. We haven’t discussed about her return yet and there is no official confirmation on Disha quitting Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.”

If reports are to be believed, Disha was slated to make her comeback to the show in March, but now the actress wants more time before she returns to work.
