Star Plus is gearing up for its magnum opus event, Star Parivaar Awards 2017. The channel has been hosting the popular awards ceremony every year as a tradition and the ceremony is only getting bigger and better with each passing year.
Actor Arjun Bijlani, whi is currently seen in Star Plus’ show ‘Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil’ will host the awards ceremony this year.
Speaking about the same, Arjun told, “This is my first with ‘Star Parivaar Awards’ and I’m very excited to be a part of this enormous family full of love. The acts are larger than life and phenomenal, and it’s going to be an amazing journey.”

The actor has also completed his bit for the Star Parivaar music video where he stunned others with his dance moves. The actor has also been nominated in categories such as Best Digital Male and Best International Jodi (along with Drashti Dhami).
Bollywood celebs, Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor will be a part of the ‘parivaar’ this year. The much-awaited promo was shot recently and the channel released it in the form of a unique music video. In the video, viewers can see their favourite jodis of Star Plus dancing whilst the refreshing song, ”Tu kitni khoobsurat hai, mujhe teri zaroorat hai’ plays in the background.
The awards ceremony will be telecasted on 28 May (Sunday) on Star Plus.
